Broadcast Operations & Talent Coordination
Founder Shona Holagh spent more than a decade working inside NFL Network supporting live broadcasts and major league events across the NFL calendar. Her work included managing talent logistics, coordinating appearances for Hall of Fame players and analysts, and supporting production teams during tentpole events including the Super Bowl, NFL Draft, and NFL Combine. This experience created deep relationships across athletes, analysts, and sports media professionals throughout the league’s biggest events.

Guest Booking & Talent Coordination
Shotime Productions supports Silver & Black Productions across major NFL events including the Super Bowl, NFL Combine, NFL Draft, and Raiders Training Camp. Work includes booking guests for live shows, coordinating athlete and celebrity appearances, and hosting VIP talent during Raiders game day productions and special events.
Through this work, Shotime Productions collaborates with team media staff, athletes, and partners to bring compelling voices and personalities into Raiders programming and live content.

Broadcast Field Production
Shotime Productions provides field production support for CBS Sports HQ across major sports environments including NFL training camps, NFL playoff coverage, and high-profile boxing events. Responsibilities include coordinating on-air talent, supporting live broadcast logistics, and producing segments around marquee sporting events.
Recent assignments have included coverage surrounding major fight events in Las Vegas and NFL training camp coverage across the league.

National News Field Production
Founder Shona Holagh has more than two decades of experience supporting national news coverage for Fox News, beginning as an intern and growing into a field production role working with on-air talent and reporters across major stories and live broadcast environments.
Her work has included coordinating talent and production during major political events, supporting White House reporters covering the President, and assisting national coverage across Florida, New Jersey, and the Atlanta and Miami bureaus.

Shotime Productions supports the marketing and PR team at Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship on media strategy, partnerships, and event promotion surrounding major fight events. Work includes securing media placements, coordinating podcast and interview opportunities for the CEO, and bringing athletes and celebrity guests to fight events.
Shotime Productions also helps identify partnership opportunities and expand the organization’s presence across sports media and digital platforms.
